At 23, Khanapur constituency has the maximum number of candidates in the third phase of Karnataka elections being held on Thursday.
Khanapur also has the maximum number of independents at 15.
Basavana Bagewadi constituency has fielded the least number of candidates with just five in the fray.
Basavana Bagewadi and Gadag are the only two constituencies which do not have any independent candidate.
