Delivering his views on this occasion, coordinator of the programme Dr Suman Srivastav said that though children were future of the nation, ground reality was very bitter.

She said that thousands of children up to the age of 10 years were engaged in various types of work. They were washing plates and glasses in hotels and the administration had failed to enroll them in primary schools. Students including Apoorva, Ravi, Vivek, Pradeep, Ghausia and others said children were working in various business establishments. They demanded that they too had the right to education.
Delivering his views on this occasion, Sanjay Tekriwal, Diwaker Singh and others said since children were not in the priority list of any political parties, they were neglected.
He reiterated that he would raise this issue before the administration and the labour commissioner.
