The feline with a feral attitude stands accused of traumatising the area's pets and their owners, and is even suspected of murdering a four-legged neighbour.

"He's a bastard -- the Rottweiler of the cat world," Brian Coombes, who started an action group to rid the streets of the prowling terror, told London's Evening Standard.

Jerry Corda-Stanley claims his Seeko was killed by Kofi.

After disappearing, the cat returned "blinded" and with her face "ripped up". "She'd been left for dead and had to be put down. It was very sad," he mourned.

Kofi has reportedly mauled rats, birds and squirrels, and is even said to have chased off foxes in the area where he lives.
