Land rates of Noida, Greater Noida hiked

Noida and Greater Noida authorities on Tuesday hiked residential and commercial plot rates in their Board meeting.

The residential and commercial plot rates of Greater Noida have been hiked by 15 per cent while industrial and institutional rates were hiked by 10 per cent.

Similarly, Noida Authority has hiked the rates of residential plot from Rs 4500 to Rs 7500 per sqm, while Industrial rates were hiked from Rs 3200 to Rs 4000 and institutional rates were hiked from Rs 4000 to Rs 5000.

The rate of old developed sectors were hiked by 15 per cent. The Noida Board has also approved 4 flyovers and a golf course and renamed the NRI City as Express City.
