Pravin's judicial remand expires on Wednesday.
He would be urging the court to permit him to undergo psychiatric tests to ascertain his state of mind and under what circumstances he had shot his brother on April 22, Rajurkar said.
This is the fourth time that Pravin would be making such a plea. Earlier the court had rejected his plea, Rajurkar added.
Pravin will also make a fresh plea to the court for the return of his car seized by Worli Police.
Earlier, the court had rejected his plea to return the car to his family saying that investigations were underway.
