Man moves court after 10 yrs of son's kidnapping
Dal Chand's son Radhey Shyam, then just 14, was allegedly picked up while returning home after watching a movie.
Ten years after the notorious Nirbhay Gurjar gang kidnapped his son, a man has moved a Delhi court seeking a status report from the police about his missing son.

Dal Chand's son Radhey Shyam, then just 14, was allegedly picked up by the dreaded gang from Mangolpuri area in North West Delhi on March 14, 1996 when he was returning home after watching a movie.
Dal Chand, had got an FIR registered at Mangolpuri Police Station on March 18, 1996 naming two of his tenants—Ram Singh and Ram Karan—both hailing from Bhind in Madhya Pradesh, as suspects.
Barely nine days after the FIR, the duo were arrested. They faced trial and were acquitted by a city court in New Delhi on May 15, 2001.
However, Radhey Shyam remained untraceable.
In his application, filed in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Deepak Garg, Dal Chand said that he received a few letters purpotedly from his son that he was lodged in Etawah Jail and that a total of 36 cases had been planted on him.
Taking the application on record, the court has fixed the matter for Thursday.
Earlier, police had told the court that as per oral information Radhey Shyam was lodged in Etawah jail.
Dreaded dacoit Nirbhay Gujjar, carrying an award of Rs 2.5 lakh over his head, was killed in an encounter with UP Police on November 7, 2005.
