Manmohan Singh to visit Mongolia this year

Gupta, who has just completed his term as the Ambassador thanked the Mongolian premier for his government's support during his stay in Ulaanbaatar.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Mongolia in the next quarter of this year, India's outgoing Ambassador to Mongolia Gauri Shankar Gupta said in Ulaanbaatar during a meeting with Mongolian Prime Minister M Enkhbold.

Gupta, who has just completed his term as the Ambassador thanked the Mongolian premier for his government's support during his stay in Ulaanbaatar.

Enkhbold also acknowledged that Indo-Mongolian inter-governmental cooperation became stronger during the term of Gupta and there was greater bilateral collaboration in the defence sector.
