Manohar Joshi to file RS nomination on Monday

Former Lok Sabha Speaker Manohar Joshi, Shiv Sena nominee for the Rajya Sabha polls, would file his nomination papers in Mumbai on Monday, party sources said.

Joshi would file the papers at Vidhan Bhawan, they said.

His election is a certainty as the Sena has more than the requisite number of MLAs needed to send Joshi to the Upper House, the sources said.
