Thousands of under-graduate part I, II and III students of ICCCE have not been issued mark sheets by the university as ICCCE has not settled its dues with it.

It is worth mentioning that the functioning of ICCCE has been questioned on several occasions owing to the irresponsible attitude of its officials.

According to varsity authorities the ICCCE officials do not deposit the fees with the varsity which they realise from the students.

They also do not provide to university any record of the funds generated by them.

Earlier the varsity administration had issued the mark sheets in the interest of the students. However the new finance officer has taken strong stand this time and denied to issue the mark sheets until and unless the fees were deposited by ICCCE.

It has been instructed that the mark sheets shall be released only after the accounts department submits a no objection certificate with the examination department.

AU Examination Controller Prof HS Upadhyay said that the mark sheets have been prepared in advance but they were not issued owing to restrictions laid down by the accounts department.

He said that the mark sheets will be issued immediately after the department receives the no objection certificate.

AU authorities have expressed dissatisfaction over the working of ICCCE and said that the ICCCE never submits the account of the funds.

The students who have not received the mark sheets have been repeatedly contacting the ICCCE but the authorities have not given any clear reason for the delay.

The final year students of BA and BCom of ICCCE suffered the most as they were not able to apply for competitive exams due to the delay in issuance of the mark sheets.
