A villager was kidnapped by militants in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said today.

A villager was kidnapped by militants in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Sunday.

Three militants barged into the house of Mohmmad Makhana in Mohra Bachie village of Surankote tehsil and kidnapped him, they said.

They also opened fire in the village before fleeing.
