A 5-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 17-year-old boy, working as a truck cleaner, here, police said on Tuesday.

The incident took place yesterday when the boy Suresh raped the minor girl inside the truck cabin in Chechat police station area, they said.

The accused has been arrested and investigation is on in the case, SHO of Chechat area Amilal Chaudhary said.
