Judicial Magistrate (First Class) A.K. issued has asked the Mumbai police commissioner to execute the order.
Thackeray was arrested by the Mumbai police on November 15 after a warrant of arrest was issued against him by Tiwari’s court. He was granted transit bail, on condition that he would appear in person in the Jamshedpur court to face trail on or before November 30.
Hamid Raza Khan, a lawyer practising at the Jamshedpur court, moved the court again Monday, pleading that a warrant of arrest be issued again. Thackeray’s counsel argued that in view of the ongoing protest against him in Jharkhand, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, the MNS chief could not appear in person on security grounds.
