Daughter of noted rampwalker Nayanika Chatterjee, the two-year-old walked the ramp wearing a Wendell Rodricks ensemble. "It was a last minute decision to take Nayanika's daughter in the show," reveals Rodricks. "I actually saw Nayantara's picture on Nayanika's mobile and asked if I could use her in the show," he said.
Nayanika was rather hesitant but finally gave in. "I would never like to expose my daughter to the camera, but Wendell insisted so I gave in," she said. Will she be modelling when she grows up? "I think she's far too intelligent for that!" the proud mum quipped.
Chatterjee jr. was wearing a cream coloured short silk weave skirt and tank top with cute little fur slippers which were made to order for her at the last minute.
