Compact disc and player maker Moser Baer today launched a new range of media players 'IVO' with prices ranging between Rs 2,999 and Rs 4,999.

Compact disc and player maker Moser Baer on Monday launched a new range of media players 'IVO' with prices ranging between Rs 2,999 and Rs 4,999.

The consumer products division launched eight variants with 2GB memory and 4GB memory, Moser Baer said in a statement.

The players comes with a special high-brightness display to view photos and videos and can play WMV, AVI, XVID and FLV extension files directly, it added.

"We wanted to design a series of feature-packed media players and the IVO series is the answer," Moser Baer Consumer Products Business Chief Executive Officer Bhaskar Sharma said.

The player is equipped with built-in speakers and has features like FM radio, voice recording and games.
