The application by the police was filed in the court of Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Padmesh Shah.

The magistrate granting the warrant has ordered the police to produce Sadhvi in the court on March 2.

Sadhvi, a key accused in 2008 Malegaon blast case, was placed under arrest by Madhya Pradesh Police yesterday for her alleged role in the murder of Joshi.

She has been undergoing treatment at the J J hospital in Mumbai from where a team of MP police arrested her, police sources said.

Joshi was shot dead in Dewas in Madhya Pradesh on December 29, 2007, and his body was found near Chuna Khadan area.

He was also allegedly involved in the murder of Congress leader Pyar Singh Ninama near Mhow town in 2003.

The police have so far arrested four persons in connection with Joshi murder case including Harshad Solanki, Vasudev Parmar, Anand Kataria and BJP Corporator Ram Charan Patel.

The fifth one, Raj, is absconding, the police said. Sadhvi Pragya is the sixth accused in the case.

Court sources said she was arrested under section 302, 120b and 201 of the IPC.
