The team, which interrogated Muthalik in the wake of statements he had made on the blasts and also over cases filed against Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Lt Col Srikant Purohit yesterday, elicited "some more information" today, sources said.

Muthalik, speaking to reporters after a local court granted him conditional bail, said "I have made it clear to ATS that I have no role in it".

Asked whether the Rastriya Hindu Sene headed by him would be converted into a political party, he said a meeting would soon be called to discuss the issue.
