CBI told the court on Tuesday that they will seek Salem's custody again after two days in the light of fresh developments in investigation of bomb blasts case. So far, Salem was in custody of Mumbai Police.

The Judge PD Kode allowed Riaz Siddiqui, arrested in Pradip Jain murder case, to be handed over to the CBI for now, so that CBI may produce him before the court for seeking his custody in bomb blasts trial.

Siddiqui is alleged to have played a role in 1993 serial bomb blasts too.

Another TADA court, which is trying the 1995 Pradip Jain murder case, remanded Salem to judicial custody earlier on Tuesday.
