The Maharashtra government on Monday announced the closure of schools, colleges and educational institutions in Mumbai, Thane and Raigad on Tuesday due to warning of heavy rains by meteorological department.
This was disclosed by Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh at a press conference.
