Murdered for showing pity to dog

A man was shot dead in broad day light for showing compassion towards a dog which had been repeatedly kicked by a man.

In a shocking incident a 25-year-old youth Rajesh Kumar Kashyap was shot dead at point blank range with a SBBL gun for objecting to the repeated kicking of a dog that was sleeping on ground.

The incident occurred in Guru Ravidas Nagar near sank alp Vatican under Hazratganj police station. One hot headed man Dinesh Kumar Tewari stumbled upon the sleeping dog. As his foot trampled the animal it started moaning and barking in a fir of anger Tewari gave few hard kicks at the dog, which made it cry in pain.

Seeing the plight of the hlepless animal passer by Rajesh Kumar told Tewari "Bhai sahib Use Matmariye".

In a fit of anger Tewari hurled unprintable abuses on Rajesh Kumar Kasyap and then retorted "Kya yeh tumahara rishtedar lagta hai" (Is he your relative).

The passerby beseeched then angry man's forgiveness and went ahead. Tewari told him to stop: "Ruko abhi main tumhe prasad deta hoon" (Wait I will reward you) and took out his SBBL gun lying in a temple inside Sankalp Vatika and shot the dog sympathizer point blank range while the animal escaped death Rajesh Kumar Kasyap had to pay with his life.
