National kayaking & canoeing from November 15
SPORTS AND youth welfare department will organise the 17th kayaking and canoeing national championship in the City from November 15.

SPORTS AND youth welfare department will organise the 17th kayaking and canoeing national championship in the City from November 15.
A friendly tie between India and Pakistan will be organised on the occasion. According to an official release, the championship is being held in both men and women categories.
More than 800 players will participate in the meet. Races of 200m, 500m and 1000m will be the attraction of the championship.
A camp for the Asian Championship at Doha will be organised at Upper Lake from September 12. The department in association with SAI is importing kayaks and canoes from Hungary. National coach UR Abhiyan will provide training to the camp members.
