NCC Nau Sainik camp begins

A TWELVE-DAY ?Nau Sainik Camp? for the cadets of senior division from across the MP and Chhattisgarh Directorate under the aegis of NCC Group Headquarters began today at Godermau, Gandhi Nagar.

A TWELVE-DAY ‘Nau Sainik Camp’ for the cadets of senior division from across the MP and Chhattisgarh Directorate under the aegis of NCC Group Headquarters began today at Godermau, Gandhi Nagar.

According to the press release, the objective of the camp is to prepare cadets for main Nau Sainik Camp scheduled to be held at Vishakhapatanam in the first week of November.

The camp cadets are trained for boat-pulling, sailing, ship-modelling and parade training. During the camp the selection and training of the team will be undertaken under the Group Commander NCC Group Headquarters Bhopal Col Sanjay Pandey. More than 700 cadets are participating in the camp.
