The mishap took place after the driver lost control over the vehicle in which they were proceeding towards Bilaspur for attending a family function, Ratanlal Dangi, SP, Korba told PTI.

The deceased include three children and four women, police said, adding four persons have been injured in the accident.

The deceased have not been identified yet and all the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital, police added.
