SEVERE COLD wave conditions continued in north and central India including Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.
SEVERE COLD wave conditions continued in north and central India including Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.
Night temperatures were appreciably markedly below normal in remaining parts of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and north Gujarat Region and were below normal in Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir and Vidarbha and in some parts of Orissa, Marathwada and of north Chhattisgarh. Gwalior recarded the lowest of 2.7 degree in madhya pradesh.
