Personalities from different field including retired judges, former policemen, lawyers and activists from various NGOs will meet on Monday to plan out various agitation programmes against UPA government's anti-Gujarat policy, Senate member of Saurashtra University V B Manek said.

The movement will completely be non-political and retired judges, retired policemen and leading lawyers across the state has been invited for the meet during which a special committee would be set up to chalk out various plans to protest against the action taken by CBI in Gujarat.

When the state is celebrating its golden jubilee the action taken by CBI in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case is a clear message not only to demoralise police department but also to unstable Gujarat government, Manek said.
