Notice to Centre on air traffic congestion

Delhi HC on Monday issued notice to the Centre on a PIL seeking creation of sufficient infrastructure by IAA.

The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice to the Centre on a PIL seeking creation of sufficient infrastructure by the International Airport Authority (IAA) for eliminating air and ground traffic congestion at all airports of the capital.

Notices were also issued to the Airport Authority of India (AAI) and the GMR-owned Delhi International Airport Private Ltd on the PIL filed by an advocate, Anoop Bagai.
