One more gangrape case registered

On Monday, the Gurgaon Police registered another case of gangrape of a 28-year-old woman, native of village Bajghera near Palam Vihar.

On Monday, the Gurgaon Police registered another case of gangrape of a 28-year-old woman, native of village Bajghera near Palam Vihar. She was abducted and raped by two men from the same village on March 9.

She was waiting for a bus at the village bus stop when two men came in a car and offered her a lift. She took the lift as they were from the same village.

One of the men has been identified as Anil Kumar, 25. He was going towards Delhi when he saw the woman.

He asked his driver to give her a lift and took her to an isolated spot. Here Kumar and his driver raped her. They later dumped her in Vikas Puri, Delhi. The woman then informed her family members.

Inspector Kuldeep Singh said, “We have registered a case against Kumar and his driver and we will soon arrest

them. Though the incident took place on March 9, the woman filed a police complaint only after holding discussions with her family.”
