The 21-year-old boy who hails from Pali district was tested positive in Bangalore during his stay, and recently arrived in the state, he said.
Meanwhile, three more suspected cases were on Saturday reported in the state.
"Samples of two suspected cases from Jaipur and one from Kota have been sent to National Institute of Communicable Disease (NICD), New Delhi," he said.
In the state, 135 persons have been tested negative of virus so far, while 28 flu-suspected are awaiting test reports from NICD.
