Orissa prof awarded in Australia

Victoria Univ honours Prof Mukti Mishra for his outstanding research in governance and fiscal reforms.

Orissa's Professor Mukti Mishra was given the Vice-Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Research by Victoria University in Australia.

Mishra was given the award for his outstanding research in governance and fiscal reforms.

"This is a great honour for me. I am the only non-Australian to receive such a prestigious award from Victoria University," Mishra said.
