Pak-based outfit behind Varanasi blasts: Mulayam

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav has said that the blasts in Varanasi were "definitely an act of terrorism".
He has also hinted at the role of a Pakistan-based terror outfit behind the attacks.
He expressed confidence that those behind the blasts would be identified after thorough investigation of the encounter.
Yadav also said that he was getting full co-operation from the Centre and also commended Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil for evincing deep concern over the tragedy.
