Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party have accused its ruling coalition partner People's Democratic Party and BJP of 'planning' to rig the forthcoming elections.

This was stated by the NPP chairmen Bhim Singhto the reporters before embarking on 'Insaf yatra' from Srinagar to Amritsar. Singh said "Our candidates will emerge victorious from all the states in the valley,if the elections are free and fair.'
