PDP, BJP accussed of planning to rig polls

Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party have accused its ruling coalition partner People's Democratic Party and BJP of 'planning' to rig the forthcoming elections.

This was stated by the NPP chairmen Bhim Singhto the reporters before embarking on 'Insaf yatra' from Srinagar to Amritsar. Singh said "Our candidates will emerge victorious from all the states in the valley,if the elections are free and fair.'

Singh also accused Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed of being indirectly involved in the BJP policy on Kashmir and that he was implementiong the agenda of Deputy PM L K Advani in Kashmir.Singh said that the Bharat Uday Yatra revealed the hidden agenda of BJP. "ONLY
