Industry chamber PHDCCI has created a Japan Desk as part of its efforts to promote Indo-Japanese trade and economic ties.

Industry chamber PHDCCI has created a Japan Desk as part of its efforts to promote Indo-Japanese trade and economic ties.

"The creation of a Japan Desk will greatly help enhance business links between our two countries," PHDCCI President Sushma Berlia said in a release.

The desk means a special focus on Japan, within the chamber's Committee structure, keeping in view the pre-eminent status the Asian giant enjoys in the global arena, she said.
