Plane forcelands in Kanpur village, pilot safe

A two-seater private plane today force-landed near a village here this evening after it ran short of fuel, police said.

A two-seater private plane on Sunday evening force-landed near a village in Kanpur after it ran short of fuel, police said.

Both the pilot and the co-pilot were safe, they said adding the plane was, however, slightly damaged.

The plane was returning to the industrial city from Khajuraho when it force-landed near village Domanpur after it ran short of fuel.
