"The Prime Minister is in good health and doctors say all reports (post-surgery) are satisfactory and normal," a PMO spokesman said.

Singh, 75, was admitted to AIIMS on Saturday for the surgery. The surgery, a trans-urethral resection of the prostate gland, was performed to treat benign enlargement of the gland.

After completing the post surgical tests, Singh was discharged by the hospital. However, the Prime Minister would function from home for the next few days, PMO sources said.
