Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address an election meeting in Manipur's Tamenglong district on February 18.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will address an election meeting in Manipur's Tamenglong district on February 18, Congress sources said on Wednesday.

The third and final phase of the state assembly polls will be held on February 23.

Singh will arrive in Imphal on February 18 in an Indian Airlines flight and fly by helicopter to Tamenglong district's headquarters, where he would address the election meeting.

After the meeting, Singh will return to New Delhi the same day.
