PM to give Rs 1 lakh to Ajmer blast victims

Those who sustained serious injuries in Thursday's blast will receive a compensation of Rs 50,000, officials said.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday announced compensation of Rs 1,00,000 for those killed in the blast at Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti's shrine in Ajmer.
Those who sustained serious injuries in Thursday's blast will receive a compensation of Rs 50,000, officials in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said.
Two people were killed and nearly 20 injured at the famous dargah that attracts Muslim as well as non-Muslim devotees from India and abroad.
