A joint force of security personnel on Sunday raided a Maoist hideout and destroyed their training camp at Kaimur hills in Bihar's Rohtas district.

District police superintendent Vikas Vaibhav said the Maoists had converted a cave into a training centre which the police destroyed following a tip off.
The hideout, situated in a deep forest located at the bank of Barua river, had the facility of providing training to 1000 people.
Personnel of the CRPF, STF and SAP took part in the operation.
