The complainant, a Krishna devotee residing in Agra for the last three years and the mother of a two-year-old daughter, reported the matter at the Paharganj police station on Saturday afternoon.

A zero FIR was registered after a medical exam confirmed sexual assault. Police said the woman had visible injuries on her body indicating a violent struggle.

“The incident occurred after the accused driver spotted her on the highway and forced her into his white taxi on Thursday evening,” said a police officer. “She operates a small garments business and keeps visiting Delhi on and off.”

The woman claimed she was forcibly dragged into the car before being sprayed with an intoxicant that knocked her out. “She has alleged that she woke up at a hotel in Nizamuddin on Friday before asking around for help and being asked to lodge her compliant at Paharganj,” the officer said.

A zero FIR with charges of rape, hurt, harassment and abduction was registered. Delhi Police have transferred the case to Mathura.
