Prakashotsav celebrated with reverence
THE SIKH community celebrated the Prakashotsav of Guru Gobind Singh with reverence. Members in large numbers participated in the Akhand Paath Sahib was held by Sri Guru Singh Sabha at Khuldabad gurudwara. The highlight of the event was the magnificent shobha yatra (procession) of Guru Grantha Sahib. The procession, led by the Panch Pyare, passed through the main market places and culminated at the gurudwara.

The residents paid floral tributes to the procession.
The Prakashotsav is an auspicious occasion to spread the messages of Guru Gobind Singh among the people through which devotees remember his services and contributions.
The ragi jatthas, led by Gurinder Singh Komal and Sobinder Singh Bhangu, were especially invited from Amritsar.
