Pravin JC's extended till June 14

The Magistrate observed that probe was on and the prosecution was justified in seeking extension.

A local court on Wednesday extended till June 14, the judicial custody of Pravin Mahajan held on the charge of murdering his elder brother and BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.

Pravin was not produced before the court. Video conferencing could not be held between court and Pravin due to technical fault.

The Magistrate observed that investigations were on and the prosecution was justified in seeking extension of Pravin's judicial custody.

The magistrate asked police to produce the accused before court on next occasion.
