Rajapaksa to visit Tirumala temple tomorrow

Temple sources told PTI that Rajapaksa would arrive by a special Sri Lankan Aircraft at 11 AM from Kathmandu after completion of a two day pilgrimage-cum-official trip to Nepal.

He would offer worship and leave for Colombo at 4 pm from the Renigunta airport, 15 km from here, by the same aircraft, the sources said.
Rajapaksa had earlier visited the shrine on July 11 last year, they added.
A tight security blanket was being put in place on the Hills and the roads leading to the shrine from Renigunta Airport, police said.
