The Rajasthan Government has refused to hold talks with Gujjar leader Kirori Singh Bainsla. It has asked the Gujjars to send an envoy to Jaipur instead, TV reports.

The Gujjars had sent a letter to the state Govt agreeing to hold talks to resolve the the quota imbroglio.
