He is expected to meet Patnaik later in the day.
Over the last few days, Ramdev has met Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, Telugu Desam Party's N. Chandrababu Naidu, Bharatiya Janata Party's Nitin Gadkari, Nationalist Congress Party's Sharad Pawar and Rashtriya Lok Dal's Ajit Singh.
