"Baba is feeling better now and he will be discharged tomorrow (Tuesday). We have asked him to take one day's rest. We are checking his status every hour," a senior official of Himalayan Hospital in Dehradun told IANS.

Ramdev on Sunday gave up his nine-day fast against corruption on the insistence of religious and spiritual leaders. He had been on a hunger strike since June 4 seeking he return of black money stashed in foreign tax havens.

Meanwhile, Ramdev's spokesperson SK Tijarawala said: "A team of doctors will decide tomorrow whether he will be discharged. Baba is fine, he is having fruit juice."
