Rana, other stars for BSF Shooting Championship

THE 50th NATIONAL Shooting Championship (rifle and pistol events) kicked off on Tuesday at the Border Security Force’s (BSF) Reoti Range, Indore, with training events.
About 1,200 shooters from all over the country are participating in the tournament. Winner of three gold medals at the Doha Asian Games Jaspal Rana is also taking part in the tournament.
Famous names like Ashok Pandit, Vivek Singh, Subedar Pemba Tamang and Shweta Chaudhary are also taking part in the event. Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat will inaugurate the main tournament on December 16. National Rifle Association of India President Digvijay Singh and other officials will be present on the occasion.
