‘Rape accused’ rapes same girl again

Two brothers—Dinesh and Mukesh Tyagi—allegedly raped an 18-year-old girl from Khoda Colony, Ghaziabad, on Sunday.

Two brothers—Dinesh and Mukesh Tyagi—allegedly raped an 18-year-old girl from Khoda Colony, Ghaziabad, on Sunday. Dinesh had raped the girl in 2008 and was acquitted in January this year. “She had come out of her house around 8.30 pm when she was forced into a van by the two accused and raped. Mukesh’s wife Sarita was also in the van,” the police said. The victim was found in a semi-conscious state by a PCR. A medical examination at a hospital confirmed rape. A case has been registered. Mukesh and Sarita have been detained. Dinesh is absconding.
