DrinkLime and kokum soda

Ingredients
800 ml soda, chilled
6 tbsp kokum syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
5-6 black peppercorns (crushed)
1/2 tbsp rock salt
10-12 fresh mint leaves (torn)
Crushed ice

Directions
1. In a glass jar, pour kokum syrup and add rock salt, lemon juice and crushed black peppercorns to it. Stir well.
2. Add soda to the sherbet and stir again.
3. Check the seasoning.
4. Take tall glasses, cover it with crushed ice and mint leaves and pour the sherbet.
5. Serve chilled.

Lime and mint cooler

Ingredients
2 cups water
1-2 limes
1 small bunch fresh mint
¼ cup sugar

Directions
1. Cut the limes into quarters and place them in a blender. Include the rinds also.
2. Add in sugar, water and mint.
3. Blend the ingredients until they turn smooth.
4. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve and pour into a mug.
5. Serve chilled.

Strawberry smoothie pops

Ingredients
1-2 bananas
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 (6-ounce) cartons low fat strawberry yogurt
1 (16-ounce) package frozen whole strawberries, partially thawed, with juice
2 teaspoons confectioners’ sugar
1 cup fat free milk

Directions
1. Place bananas and lemon juice in blender; blend until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 3. Pour mixture into 5-ounce paper drinking cups. Arrange filled cups on tray.
4. Stand a wooden Popsicle stick upright in each cup. Freeze overnight.
