Many have a special addition of navratra thali on their menus, while some are offering a variety of traditional delicacies.
At Haldiram, one can relish navratra paranthas and special vegetables.
“Besides the thali, we have separate a menu. The items served in thali are not relished by everybody, so we thought of having a separate menu,” said Ajit Yadav, the manager of an outlet of the restaurant chain.
Similarly, at 21 Gun Salute, one can opt for special thalis, containing poori, cheese vegetable, calocasia, aaloo ki sabzi and desserts.
Earthen Oven at the Fortune Select Excalibur is also offering a special navratra thali to tantalize your taste buds. It includes aloo-pulao, kachche kele ki sabzi, malai paneer, malai kofta with singade ka halwa, etc.
The traditional items offered by the restaurants have proved to be a boon for those office-goers. “We don’t get time to prepare all these items due to our busy schedules. These restaurants are a saving grace,” said Jayanti Pathak, an office-goer.
