The roads include mall mile on MG Road. Next in row are hundreds of roads under the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).

MCG commissioner R.K. Khullar said Gurgaon residents could now look forward to better-maintained roads.

“We are going to get about 700 km roads, whose maintenance would be our responsibility,” Khullar said.

“Our department is in touch with D.S. Dhesi, financial commissioner and principal secretary (town & country planning) and we hope to get transferred all major HUDA roads to the municipal body.”
