After meeting Tendulkar and his family in new Delhi, Woods wrote on Twitter that the batting genius was a "cool" guy.

Woods met Tendulkar and his family on his arrival at a five star hotel in New Delhi.

While Woods is in town to take part in an exhibition match at a private event at the Delhi Golf Club (DGC), Tendulkar is in the Capital to receive Bharat Ratna, the country's highest civilian honour.

Tendulkar, who retired from all forms of cricket in November last year, has been a keen follower of golf.
