This was Kichloo's first meeting with the governor after his re-induction as the minister of state on December 21.

Kichloo discussed problems and developmental issues relating to his area and broad lines on which these were planned to be tackled.

The governor stressed upon the vital importance of internal security and communal harmony being maintained at all costs and urged the minister to take urgent steps to deal with the alarming frequency at which fatal road accidents were taking place in Kishtwar area.
